Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure clear communication between patients and dental providers.
- Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar efficiently.
- Assist in explaining treatment options and financial arrangements to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with dental staff to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on dental procedures and insurance policies.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote dental services within the community.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing is preferred.
